For the front. Funny as I can't get a jack stand under there yet as the race jack I use on my cars doesn't go high enough for the F-Pace. But still posting a photo for reference. The sound only happens when you’re breaking gently at a slow speed like coming to a slow stop. Even the guys that looked at it are baffled because the pads and rotors look good.
Inclined to go with the 3.5T for the fun factor, but would much rather go with the most "reliable" motor. I've read the various articles about F-Pace reliability but they seem to be more so focused on the infotainment which to be honest isn't a big issue for me as much as a relatively bulletproof drivetrain.
Reliability and Maintenance Frequency. I've been eyeing the the F-Pace for a couple of months now. I love the looks and enjoyed my test ride. The only reason I haven't purchased is because the closest dealership to me is 2 hours away, and I'm worried about maintenance.

Stepped into the garage Saturday afternoon and heard the car buzzing-making the sound like when you open the door. The Low Battery message was displayed. I was low on fuel, so drove off to top it off. The warning message went away. JLR is having so many problems with their 2.0 ingenium Diesel engine timing chain failures that Korean authorities have gotten JLR to issue a recall for substandard quality parts failing (Timing chains) due to excessive failures. Supposedly the timing chain systems were updated in 2019. Repair reports were showing the 2019 model mostly did not .
