If you want to completely…. If you want to completely remove an Advancement this not possible with MCreator, but you can google around if you found an Code for Forge for 1.15/1.16. But if you want to set an Advancement uncompleted, then I don't know how you can do it in MCreator.
You need to select the normal book instead, and the value for enchanting equals to the value an enchantment table can have with bookshelfs. I mean, level 10 is not going to give you Sharpness X for example, but instead enchantments that you would get using a Table with 10 Enchanting Power. If you like maxed enchants, set this to 30 or more.

All my code work correctly eccept the part where I give the enchants to the second item, I used NBT tag "enchantments" to grab the value.
